This year has been a memorable year for James Corden as the viewership for his popular segment, Carpool Karaoke, reached a peak level. Corden featured the who's who of Hollywood, starring Adele, Selena Gomez, Justin Bieber, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Lady Gaga, Madonna and Bruno Mars to name a few.
The starry segment not only got the TV viewership touching the sky, Corden's YouTube channel, which uploads the segment after the show has aired, received a lot of viewers watching and re-watching the musical journey.

- Carpool Karaoke with Adele:
One of the most popular videos, not only under the carpool segment but over YouTube in general, the musical segment with Adele was the most watched karaoke video this year. Adele was seen rapping, singing to Spice Girls and talked about the drunken version of her. The video got over 140 million views.
- Carpool Karaoke with Sia:
In the special segment, Sia decided to dress in all-black attire and sported her famous wig. Explaining the mystery behind the wig, she sang her way to the CBS office. The episode earned 71 million views and viewers grooved to Chandelier, Shine bring like a Diamond (that she co-wrote), Elastic Heart and Alive, to name a few.
- Carpool Karaoke with Selena Gomez:
"I am so sick of that same old love," the two sing as the episode begins. The car ride sees Gomez and Corden take a detour and ride the roller coaster as they sing "Come and Get It." The segment saw more 57 million views.
- Carpool Karaoke with Jennifer Lopez:
The most memorable moment from the segment was when Corden messages Leonardo DiCaprio on behalf of JLo and receives a reply. The text reads, "Hey baby, I am kinda feeling like I need to cut loose. Any suggestions? Let me know, JLo, (from the block.)" And Leo replies, "You meet tonight Bobo? Club wise?"
- Carpool Karaoke with Michelle Obama:
Showing around the White House, Michelle Obama shows Corden around the estate. Singing along through her favourite songs, she shares how it feels to drive with her daughters, her life at the White House and her initiative, Let girls learn.
