Salman Khan's latest song 'Selfie Le Le Re' from "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" garnered a lot of appreciation from the audience. Surprisingly, before this song, the superstar was apparently unaware of the term 'Selfie.'
The actor, who has shared selfie pictures with Kareena Kapoor Khan and others, reportedly didn't know what it was until his sister told him about it.
"Salman did not know what's a selfie. When everyone was busy participating in this trend Salman was unawares. In fact for the longest time he did not know until his sister told him about it," Bollywood Life quoted a source as saying.
Recently, the "Bodyguard" actor has grabbed attention of his fans when he invited them to star in the remix version of 'Selfie Le Le Re'.
The first song of "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" deals with clicking a lot of selfies and so he invited his fans via Twitter to be a part of the remixed version. One has to take a selfie and send it to the "Dabangg" actor. Later, he will select the lucky ones who will get a chance to feature with him in the song.
"Salman wants fans to click selfies and send it to him. He will then personally go through the pictures and select a few. However, he wants fans to watch the original version of the song and accordingly click the selfies. The chosen few will get the opportunity to feature in the remixed version of 'Selfie le le...'," a source told The Times of India.
The "Dabangg" actor is playing a 'Being Human' character in the film. He is on a journey to take a little girl back to her home in Pakistan.
