Eid has always been lucky for Bollywood superstar Salman Khan. Most of his hit films including "Wanted", "Dabangg" and "Kick" were released during the festival.
His upcoming flick "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" is all set to be released this Eid. Slated to hit theatres on 17 July, "BB" is the most-awaited flick of Salman this year.
On this occasion, 'Hanuman Chalisa' will be heard at theatres screening the movie, as Khan is playing the character of Hanuman Bhakt in "Bajrangi Bhaijaan".
The "Dabangg" actor has also decided to release his film "Sultan" on Eid next year. Incidentally, it will be clashing with Shah Rukh Khan's "Raees".
Apparently, Eid 2017 will see the release of "Dabangg 3."

Wanted
The Prabhu Deva directorial was released on Eid 2009 and turned out to be the second highest grosser at the box office that year. The film was a remake of Telugu film "Pokiri" featuring Mahesh Babu and Illeana D'Cruz.
Dabangg
Salman Khan introduced Sonakshi Sinha in Bollywood in the film "Dabangg" which released on Eid 2010. The flick was the highest grosser in Bollywood that year.
Bodyguard
Salman Khan came with another hit flick "Bodyguard", which is the remake of "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" film's director Siddique's Malayalam version. The 2010 Eid release also featured Kareena Kapoor Khan.
Ek Tha Tiger
The 2012 Eid release of Salman "Ek Tha Tiger" with Katrina Kaif was a blockbuster hit. Kabir Khan's directorial was released on 15 August, coinciding with Indian Independence Day.
Kick
Last year's Eid had brought luck for Salman when his film "Kick" hit theatres. The Sajid Nadiadwala flick, which also featured Jacqueline Fernandez, was one of the highest grossing films of 2014.
