Beth's storyline will finally pick up on Sunday's episode of "The Walking Dead" titled "Slabtown," and fans will get to know a bit about the new group of survivors who took her.
Beth was mysteriously kidnapped in episode 13 of the previous season, and in episode 4, she will be seen held captive in a hospital. A teaser video shows Beth waking up in a hospital with a wound on her head, and when she attempts to leave the room, she realises that she's been locked in.
A few screams manages to bring a doctor and a police who identify themselves as Dr. Steven Edwards and Officer Dawn Lerner, and assures her that they mean no harm. They even tell Beth that she should be grateful to them as they saved her. But Beth will be anything but that, and a number of fans believe that Beth is being used in an experiment that's related to the zombies.
Meanwhile, the next episode will see Noah, a character played by Tyler James Williams, escaping from the hospital and reaching out to Daryl for help.
The previous episode saw Daryl telling someone to "come on out" and fans believe he could be talking to Noah, who will assist the former to rescue Beth from the hospital.
Spoilers indicate that Beth enlists Noah's help to escape from the hospital, but only the latter manages to get free. Meanwhile Carol, who along with Daryl follow the car with the cross, get hit by a car and are taken away by cops to the same hospital where Beth is. Carol arrives unconscious, and Beth sees her wheeled in.
Photos of Carol in a stretcher had many fans speculating if her character dies in the coming few episodes, but The Spoiling Dead Fans put these rumours to rest by revealing that Melissa McBride was last seen filming on 16 October, and "The Walking Dead" is currently filming the second half of season 5.
"The Walking Dead" season 5 episode 4 will air on Sunday at 9 p.m. ET on AMC. Here's what the official synopsis reads: "Beth finds herself in a hospital in the middle of Atlanta after being kidnapped by a car with a white cross."
