The cast and crew of AMC's zombie apocalypse drama The Walking Dead are tight-lipped about what happens in the Season 7 premiere, especially as the previous season ended on a major cliffhanger with Negan killing one of Rick's men. The screen went blank before the identity of the victim was revealed.
There are just a few more days to go before the grand premiere, and here's everything we know about the premiere episode.
Title and synopsis: According to AMC's website, Season 7 episode 1 is titled The Day Will Come When You Won't Be, and the synopsis reads: "Last season ended with Rick and our group kneeling helplessly before Negan and his group. What Negan does will haunt those who survive forever."
Multiple death: If the show follows its source material, Robert Kirkman's comics of the same name, Steven Yeun's character Glenn will die. But according to The Spoiling Dead Fans, a trusted forum for all The Walking Dead spoilers, Abraham will also die in the premiere.
Negan: According to actor Jeffrey Dean Morgan, the actor who plays Negan, his actions will leave a lingering mark on viewers. "You won't be able to see Negan without thinking of the premiere episode," he told Digital Spy. "What he does is so strong and so shocking. The way Negan inflicts damage is so original to Negan, that whenever he comes on screen you will not know what to expect."
Daryl Prisoner: After killing one or multiple members of Rick's gang, Negan will take Norman Reedus' Daryl as a prisoner, reported The Spoiling Dead Fans.
Air Date: The Walking Dead will return to AMC on October 23.
