Jagdalpur, Nov 07 (ANI): While addressing a rally in Jagdalpur region of Chhattisgarh, Bharatiya Janata Party's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi asked the people of the state to vote for development and not for caste or creed. He also congratulated people for not letting the state go in the hands of the Congress party. He further hailed Chief Minister Raman Singh under whose government the state received several achievements.
