"The Voice" US Season 8 Live Playoffs kicked off Monday on a high note with contestants from Team Blake and Team Pharrell raising the bar with their wonderful performances. The remaining 10 singers will hit the stage on Tuesday with the hope of progressing to the next round.
Live Playoffs 2 of "The Voice" Season 8 will feature contestants from Team Adam and Team Christina. The song choice has already been revealed and it will be interesting to see the singers take on some of the biggest classics.
Team Adam: Brian Johnson will perform "Barracuda" by Heart, Deanna Johnson -"November Rain" by Guns N' Roses, Joshua Davis - "Stairway to Heaven" by Led Zeppelin, Nathan Hermida - "Bohemian Rhapsody" by Queen, and Tonya Boyd-Cannon - "Purple Rain" by Prince.
Team Christina: India Carney will take on the song, "Chandelier" by Sia, Kimberly Nicole -"Roxanne" by The Police, Sonic - "Cruel World" by Lana Del Rey, Lexi Davila - "Feelin Good", and Rob Taylor - "Life On Mars?" by David Bowie.
"The Voice" US Season 8 Live Playoffs 2 will be telecast on NBC Television at 8:00 pm EST, Tuesday (6.30 am IST, Wednesday) and it will be live streamed online on NBC's official website.
On Monday, contestants from Team Blake and Team Pharrell performed, taking the show to a new level with their solid performances.

Going by their performances on Monday, Mia Z, Sawyer Fredericks, and Corey Kent White were most impressive but the rest too belted out their all, making the Live Playoffs' first night an entertaining one.
