It's been a few months since "The Voice" judges Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani started dating. Admittedly, they are one of most adorable couples at the moment. But are they planning to have a baby and take their relationship further? A source told Hollywood Life that a baby wouldn't be considered an accident or a mistake.
A recent In Touch Weekly article also pointed out that the 46-year-old singer is reportedly freezing her eggs because she wants to have a child with Shelton. "She'd love to have a girl — plus Gwen knows her boys would love to have another sibling — and wants to give Blake this opportunity to have a child that biologically his. But she doesn't want her age to prevent this from happening," a source was quoted in the article as saying.
However, the couple is not actively planning for a baby anytime soon. Hollywood Life quoted a source as saying that the "Hollaback Girl" singer is busy with her career at the moment and doesn't want to start a family with her 39-year-old beau in the near future.
Stefani, who is mother to three sons, Kingston, 9, Zuma, 7, and Apollo, 2, is perhaps dizzy from the success of her third album, "This is What the Truth Feels Like," released March 18. According to Billboard, her album is ranked no.1 on the Billboard 200 albums chart. Its hit single, "Make Me Like You" is about her boyfriend, with whom she has shared a passionate relationship so far.
Stefani and Shelton began dating in November 2015, at a time when both singers were going through divorce. Since they started dating, their romance has been evident on NBC's hit reality TV show, "The Voice." Both the singers have never shied away from expressing their love in front of the camera, adding a layer of cuteness to the reality show.
