"The Voice" Season 7 Live Shows episode on Monday was not as lively as expected but some of the contestants did light up the night with their performances. The top 12 contestants belted out on stage in the Live Shows with the hope of making it to next round.
Sugar Joans of Team Pharrell kicked off the Live Shows on Monday with "Take Me to the River" by Al Green. It was a good performance but her rendition of "Say a Little Prayer" last week was better.
Ryan Sill of Team Gwen was the next to hit the stage. He sang the song, "Ordinary World" by Duran Duran but it was an ordinary rendition.
Then Team Blake's Jessie Pitts performed "Don't You Worry Child" by Swedish House Mafia and it was a good performance, breathing some energy into the show that had a dull start.
Damien of Team Adam performed "He Ain't Heavy He's My Brother" by The Hollies on Monday. It was an average performance.
The next contestant to hit the stage was DaNica Shirey from Team Pharrell. She sang "Creep" by Radiohead. The arrangement of the song was not impressive but DaNica made the song her own and put up a good show.
Then Taylor John Williams of Team Gwen performed "If" by Bread. Coaches might have praised his rendition but it was an ordinary performance.
Team Blake's Reagan James was the next to take the stage. She took on the song, "It Ain't Over 'Til It's Over" by Lenny Kravitz and it was a beautiful performance.
Luke Wade of Team Pherrell performed the song, "Thinking Out Loud" by Ed Sheeran. He had a bad start, misjudging the timing of the opening line but he regained his composure and put up a good show.
Matt McAndrew of team Adam was the next to hit the stage. He sang the song, "Take Me to Church" by Hozier, and it was a good rendition.
The next contestant to take the stage was Craig Wayne Boyd from Team Blake. He performed "You Look So Good in Love" by George Strait and it was a wonderful rendition, perhaps the best in Live Shows. His ability to interpret the lyrics with his rendition was commendable.
Then Team Adam's Chris Jamison performed the song, "Jealous" by Nick Jonas, and it was another wonderful rendition. This performance could push him to top 10.
Anita Antoinette from Team Gwen was the last to perform on Monday's Live Shows. She sang "Redemption Song" by Bob Marley and it was a good performance.
So, who do you think will end up in the bottom three? Well, coaches' continuous praises could confuse many but it looks like Taylor John Williams of Team Gwen, Ryan Sill of Team Gwen, and Damien of Team Adam could end up in the bottom three though it's the audience who will decide the fate of the fate of the contestants in the competition.
