The competition is getting tougher with the number of contestants being filtered from 48 to 32 after the Battle Rounds that run for two weeks. Now, "The Voice" USA Season 7 Knockout Rounds will begin this week with the remaining contestants taking on their own team members to find a place in the next round.

All the four coaches - Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani, Pharrell Williams and Adam Levine – have eight contestants each in their respective teams. After sending some of their contestants home in the Battle Rounds, they will once again pair their team members to compete against each other, and they will perform different songs this time.
It will be heartbreaking to see some of the talented singers go home in the Knockout Rounds but that makes the show interesting.
Adding more spice to the show, Taylor Swift, whose album, 1989, was released on Monday, will be the special advisor for all 32 contestants.
"I try to react to them the way that I like to be critiqued, which is constructive criticism," Swift told Access Hollywood. "I like to tell them what they're doing well and what they should keep, but give them very specific things that they should maybe change or adjust. 'You're doing this mannerism too much, or you're only holding that guitar because it's comfortable for you. Put it down. You know, things like that. I try to be really direct."
