"The Voice" USA Season 7 Battle Rounds has entered week two and its part 3 will kick off on Monday. Last week saw five contestants being sent home, and some more could be shown the doors after their performances tonight.
Coaches of the show - Adam Levine, Gwen Stefani, Blake Shelton and Pharrell Williams – will once again put their contestants up against each other.
The Battle Round Part 3 of "The Voice" USA Season 7 will be telecast at 8:00 pm EST on Monday on NBC Television (6.30 am IST, Tuesday). The episode can also be live streamed online on Hulu.
In last week's Battle Rounds Part 2, Jordy Searcy and Taylor Phelan from Team Pharrell kicked off with "Breakeven (Falling to Pieces)" by The Script. Their advisor Alicia Keys was skeptic about them during the rehearsals but they were different people when they sang before coaches – Pharrell Williams, Gwen Stefani, Blake Shelton, and Adam Levine. They put up a good performance but Pharrell Williams chose Taylor.
The next to take the stage were Alessandra Castronovo and Joe Kirk from Team Adam. They rendered "Stay" by Rihanna so well that their coach had to break his head to choose only one of them. He finally declared Castronovo as the winner of the battle.
Team Adam's Rebekah Samarin and Clara Hong were the next to hit that stage. They sang "Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow" by Carole King, and their coach chose Samarin.
The next to take the stage were Grant Ganzer and John Martin from Team Blake. They rendered the song, "Stop and Stare" by One Republic. Blake declared Ganzer as the winner of the battle. Team Blake's Tanner Linford and Justin Johnes took the stage again to perform "You & I" by One Direction. Blake chose Linford.
Then Team Gwen's Menlik Zergabachew and Troy Ritchie were pitted against each other. They sang "Maneater" by Daryl Hall & John Oats and it was beautiful. However, Gwen declared Ritchie as the winner. Then Adam Levine and Pharrell Williams pushed their buttons for steal. Zergabachew chose Pharrell as his new coach.
