New Delhi, Dec 11 (ANI): Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived in New Delhi for annual summit talks with Prime Minister Narendra Modi that is aimed at building on the already close strategic ties, particularly in the fields of nuclear energy, hydrocarbons and defence. Meanwhile, political leaders in India welcomed Puttin's visit and said that it will deepen relationship of both the countries.
