New Delhi, May 26 (ANI): BJP leaders Prakash Javadekar, Nirmala Sitharaman and V.K. Singh were sworn-in as ministers in the government headed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Modi's Council of Ministers is expected to have 23 Cabinet Ministers, 10 Ministers of State with Independent Charge and 11 Ministers of State.
