Vivo is tight-lipped on its upcoming products but a new mid-range handset, the Vivo X9s Plus, has been spotted on TENAA, giving a hint that its release date may not be far off. The device has already been cleared by the Ministry of Industry radio frequency in China, so it couldn't come as a surprise if it is launched in the next few weeks.
The images of Vivo X9s Plus leaked on TENAA obtained by BGR have given more insight into the device. It has a simple design with fingerprint scanner in the home button. It sports a 5.85-inch FHD OLED display with 1080p screen resolution, powered by an octa-core processor clocking at 1.95GHz and runs Android Nougat operating system.

It also comes packed with a 64GB internal memory and a 4GB RAM and houses a 3920mAh battery.
However, the main highlight of the Vivo X9s Plus is said to be its camera. It's spotted with a dual selfie camera -- 20MP and 5MP cameras – and a 16MP main camera.
Meanwhile, Vivo X9s Plus's predecessor X9 Plus that was released in December last year sports a 5.88-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen with 1,080x1,920 pixels (375 ppi pixel density), powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 653 processor and run Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system.
It is a selfie camera-centric phone with dual 20 MP + 8 MP front-snapper with f/2.0 aperture and 1/2.8" sensor size. It also has a 16MP main camera with f/2.0 aperture, phase detection autofocus, and LED flash, and houses a 4,000mAh battery with fast battery charging technology.
