Vivekh has given a clarification on reports which had claimed that the comedian made comments against Nayanthara at the recently-held press meet of Kaashmora. The actor has said that he did not pinpoint anyone.
On his Twitter account, Vivekh posted, "An appeal to media. I stated tat heroines shd attend promos.i didn't pinpoint Nayan.i m a huge fan of her. Plz recall my tweets on Nayan. [sic]" Adding further, he wrote, "I always tweet good things abt Nayanthara. Bcoz she is amazing n I m a big fan. I have nothing against her. Medias, kindly clear air. [sic]"
It was earlier reported that Vivekh targeted Nayanthara for not attending the promotional events of her films. The actor had expressed his unhappiness over the lack of interest shown by some actresses citing superstitious and sentimental reasons to promote their films.
Apparently, a section of media took his statement as a dig at Nayanthara, who does not attend the promotional activities of her film. The issue has now ended with Vivekh giving a clarification.
Coming to Kaashmora, the movie is hitting the screens worldwide in over 1700 screens on October 28. It is simultaneously releasing in Telugu with the same name.
Kaashmora is a supernatural historical thriller film written by Gokul. Karthi has enacted the roles of a warrior and black magician. Nayanthara and Sri Divya are romancing him in the film at different periods. Vivekh, Sharath Lohitashwa, Madhusudhan Rao and others are in the cast. Om Prakash is the cinematographer, while VJ Sabu Joseph has handled the editing department. Santhosh Narayanan has scored the music.
The flick reportedly comprises 80 minutes of VFX scenes and the makers have used the 3D Face scan technology, which is being used for the first time in a south Indian movie.
