Amrita Rao, who stopped making money at the box office after "Vivaah" left the big screens, has secretly tied the knot with beau RJ Anmol.
"They tied the knot a few months ago and have been living in their own pad at Vakola, close to where Anmol's family stays. Amrita earlier lived in with her folks in Versova," Mid Day quoted a source as saying.
However, rumours first sparked when what looked like an engagement ring was spotted on the actress' finger. Later, the gossips made headlines when she was spotted at a Mumbai hospital where her alleged husband was admitted.
Interestingly, during the release of Prakash Jha's "Satyagraha", she said she would never flaunt or talk about her relationship out in the open as it will lose its sanctity then.
"If there is someone special in my life I would like to announce it at the right stage of the relationship because it will bring a certain respect to it," she told Pinkvilla adding, "Also, flaunting a relationship can keep you in news irrespective of your movie projects but for me that is losing the sanctity of a relationship and making it commercial. I will never do that."
In other news, Amrita is looking at exploring TV as her Bollywood career has hit an all-time low. Her last two films "Satyagraha" and "Singh Saab the Great" sank without a trace and in the process haven't given her resume any boost.
"She has been conducting professional meetings at her new Vakola home. After her sister Preetika Rao featured in the TV show 'Beintehaa', she too is keen on exploring television since her Bollywood career isn't booming at the moment," revealed the source.
