Vishal Krishna and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, the rumoured love birds, are not planning to settle down as husband and wife anytime soon. It was reported earlier that they would tie the knot by the end of this year.

The latest reports say that Vishal is not willing to marry her until the completion of the construction works of Nadigar Sangam's new building, which is the dream project of the actor and the present office bearers of the actors' guild.

It is an ambitious project of Nassar, the President, and Vishal, the Secretary of the Nadigar Sangam to construct the building before their tenure in the office ends. Vishal has shouldered lots of responsibilities of the actors' guild. Hence, he is not planning to marry his girlfriend Varalaxmi Sarathkumar in the near future, reports say.

Vishal and Varalaxmi have been friends since their school days. They have often been spotted together at public places and they have never shied away from talking about their friendship with the media. But the actors have never admitted that they are in love.

On the professional front, Vishal has quite a few projects, including "Kaththi Sandai" and "Thupparivaalan" in his kitty. Varalaxmi is busy with the multi-starrer "Nibunan," and "Ammayi."

However, it is interesting to note that Vishal and Varalaxmi's father Sarathkumar do not share a cordial relationship. They have been at loggerheads over the last few years and the differences between them reached the peak during last year's Nadigar Sangam elections, in which Vishal's men defeated Sarathkumar's faction.
