Noah Nathan, a bystander present at the scene, recorded the terrifying Eugene Simpson Stadium Park shooting in Alexandria, Virginia, when he heard the gunshots. Nathan was walking with his Goldendoodles near the stadium on Wednesday when he heard the gunshots.
He panicked and shifted his camera crazily while shooting the video. He recorded the video for almost six minutes and at one point, he even focused his camera on officers who were firing in retaliation.

The video gives an overview of the shooting that left four people injured, including House Majority Whip Steve Scalise and congressional aide Zack Barth.
"Get down! Will you get down?" a police officer can be heard shouting in the video.
Nathan later told NBC news that he was frightened. "I'm just lying on the ground holding on to my dogs making sure they don't get away," he told NBC News, adding, "I'm sort of thinking, 'I hope I don't get shot'."
"There were a lot of shots," he added.
He said that it is known to all that GOP congressional baseball team practises at the field all the time. "So we knew they were here and we knew who they were," Nathan said. "We didn't think some crazy person was going to come shoot them."
The incident happened on Wednesday and left Congressman Scalise in critical condition. He underwent surgery, while Barth is said to be in "okay" condition.
"Prior to entering surgery, the Whip was in good spirits and spoke to his wife by phone," Scalise's office said in a statement. "He is grateful for the brave actions of US Capitol Police, first responders, and colleagues."
The gunman was later identified as James Hodgkinson, a 66-year-old Illinois resident. He was shot by police in the gun battle and died of injuries on Wednesday.
