Vikram starrer "I", which was formerly called by the name "Ai", had drawn the whole nation's attention when Hollywood actor Arnold Schwarzenegger graced the audio launch function of the Tamil movie.
A feat that Bollywood filmmakers could not accomplish till date was achieved by producer Aascar Ravichandran. Now, yet another will take the Kollywood to the next level as international actor Sylvester Stallone will watch the Shankar directorial mega-budget movie!
The makers of the film have plans to release the film in about 20,000 screens worldwide and Ravichandran is leaving no stone unturned to make "I", a big project. Hence, he has planned for two international premieres. The movie will have special shows for celebrities in Singapore and the US.
For the US premiere show, he is inviting Hollywood celebrities among whom Sylvester Stallone is prominent on the guest list. We hear that the "Rambo" actor has agreed to attend the premiere show. By roping in Sylvester Stallone, he is set to make his Tamil movie, a talk of the town in Hollywood.
On the other end, Ravichandran is bringing in Jackie Chan as the special guest to the audio release function of Manoharadu, the dubbed Telugu version of "I". It is not the first time where Chan is gracing a South Indian film event. Earlier, he had launched the music of Kamal Hassan's "Dasavathaaram", which was also produced by Ravichandran.
"I" features Vikram and Amy Jackson in the lead roles. Suresh Gopi, Upen Patel, Santhanam and others are in the cast. While two-time Oscar Award winner AR Rahman has composed the music, PC Sreeram has handled the camera with Anthony handling the editing department. The film is likely to hit the screens by the end of November 2014.
