Chiyaan Vikram and Nayantara are the latest celebrities to donate for the Chennai flood victims. The actors have contributed Rs 10 and 20 lakh respectively.

As per the reports, Chiyaa Vikram contributed towards the Chief Minister's Relief Fund by handing over a cheque to the Nadigar Sangam on Friday, 11 December. On the other hand, Nayantara has reportedly donated the said amount sans publicity. 

She has also joined hands with Malayalam daily Mathrubhumi for an initiative named 'Sahodarikku Sasneham', where 1,000 relief kits will be donated for women affected by floods. However, the actress has not made the news official yet.

Meanwhile, Shankar and Kamal Haasan have also contributed for the flood-hit residents of Chennai. While the director has donated Rs 10 lakh, the Universal Star has donated Rs 15 lakh.

Celebrities from all the leading film industries have donated for the Chennai flood victims.
