The makers of "Puli" have released the second trailer of the actor's upcoming movie on Wednesday, 23 September.
The trailer gives a complete idea of what to expect from the movie. It gives lots of hints about the nature of "Puli" and its key actors. Vijay is prominently seen though Sudeep, Sridevi, Shruti Haasan and Hansika Motwani are part of the clip.
The second trailer release of "Puli" came as a surprise to Vijay fans as they were not expecting it even though some reports had suggested that the makers might release a second trailer ahead of the film's release.

However, the first trailer of "Puli" was released in August and it was met with fantastic response from the audience. The video became the most 'liked' Indian trailer on YouTube. Now, we have to wait and watch if the second trailer becomes as popular.
"Puli", which is directed by Chimbu Deven, will release on 1 October. With eight days to go, the makers seem to have decided to start the promotions with the trailer release, which could possibly generate positive vibes around the film from netizens.
Meanwhile, the movie, which has Sudeep, Shruti Haasan and Hansika Motwani in the lead roles, has been dragged to the court. A less-known director, Anbu Rajashekar, has approached Thanjavur court, seeking a stay on the release of the Tamil movie. The petitioner has alleged that the issue with Vijay's earlier flick, "Kaththi", has not been solved yet and hence, a stay on the release on the fantasy-adventure flick should be announced.
He claims to be the writer of "Kaththi" and accuses director AR Murugadoss, Vijay and Lyca Productions of not crediting him for his work.
