Vijay's fans will be happy to hear that the makers of his next film are planning to release the first look of the flick soon. The latest buzz is that it will reportedly be unveiled on the actor's birthday, June 22.
A report on Indiaglitz claims that the first look of the film, which is currently being referred to as "Vijay 60," will be unveiled along with its title. However, the "Vijay 60" team has not started working on the first look and it is likely to begin in June. The makers are yet to formally announce the news about the poster release and the movie name announcement.
"Vijay 60" team is currently on a short break after wrapping up its first schedule of filming. The movie was launched on April 11 and the regular shooting was kick-started in May. The next schedule is expected to begin in the first week of June.
Meanwhile, there are reports that Vijay is doing dual roles in the upcoming flick. He had earlier played double characters in films like "Azhagiya Tamil Magan," "Kaththi," "Villu" and "Puli."
The upcoming film is being written and directed by Bharathan, who had earlier directed Ilayathalapathy in "Azhagiya Tamizh Magan." The latest movie, which is being bankrolled by Vijaya Productions, has Santhosh Narayanan's music, Sukumar's cinematography and Praveen KL's editing.
Keerthy Suresh is playing the female lead role in "Vijay 60." Telugu actor Jagapathi Babu and Daniel Balaji are playing the negative characters in the flick, which also has Sathish, Mime Gopi, Harish Uthaman, Sharath Lohitashwa, Sreeman, YH Mahendra and others in the cast.
