An impostor of Aparna Vinod on Twitter has been posting a lot about her forthcoming biggie with Vijay. Now, the actress has come out to clarify that she is not on the social media site, but hopes to join it soon.
On her Facebook page, Aparna Vinod wrote, "I wanted to inform u that the posts that are being uploaded in twitter in my name are not actually mine. Those are fake accounts!!!I came to know that a lot of fake updates are being posted in my name. Till now i am not in Twitter. Hopefully i'll be joining in Twitter soon. [sic]"
A good number of Ilayathalapathy fans were following the fake account of Aparna Vinod on Twitter as there were lots of posts about Vijay's forthcoming movie. However, the imposter did not land her in any controversy like other victims of such fake accounts in the recent years.
Aparna Vinod is making her Tamil debut with the forthcoming movie, which is presently referred to as "Vijay 60" aka "Thalapathy 60." After acting in two Malayalam movies, she signed her first Kollywood flick, which has Keerthy Suresh playing the main female lead.
Meanwhile, Mottai Rajendran has been signed to play a role in "Vijay 60." He will be seen in the role of a police officer. It may be recalled that he was part of Vijay's previous film, "Theri."
"Vijay 60" is written and directed by Bharathan. Sathish, Jagapathi Babu, Daniel Balaji, Mime Gopi, Harish Uthaman, Sharath Lohitashwa, YG Mahendra, Sugunathan and many others are in the cast.
