Ilayathalapathy, Sandalwood star Sudeep, Hansika Motwani and Shruti Haasan starrer movie, which is presently called "Vijay 58", is ready to take off. The movie will be formally launched on Monday (10 October).
A massive set has been erected in an open ground in the ECR. The set has been designed by Muthuraj and as per our sources the movie will have its muhurat here on Monday. The formal pooja ceremony will pave way for its official shooting.
Director Chimbudevan has planned to shoot a song with Vijay and Hansika Motwani on the huge set. Devi Sri Prasad has composed the music for the forthcoming Tamil movie. Soon after the completion of the song, the entire unit will travel to Chalakudy and Neliampathy forest areas in Kerala to shoot important portions of the movie.
Sridevi to Play Hansika Motwani's Mother
Latest buzz about the characters of "Vijay 58" is that yesteryear actress Sridevi Kapoor, who is re-entering Kollywood with this movie, will be seen in the role of Hansika Motwani's mother. And also, the latter reportedly will be seen in the role of a princess while Vijay will be seen as a prince.
Is "Maarisan" The Name of "Vijay 58"?
Rumours are rife that the makers of "Vijay 58" have short-listed a few names and one among them is "Maarisan". As per the reports, this is favoured by the movie bosses.
Budget: ₹ 75+ Crore
Sudeep in an interview recently said that "Vijay 58" will be made with the budget of ₹75 crore plus. This means, it will be the biggest movie ever in terms of budget for Vijay and other stars.
World Standards
The forthcoming movie will be made keeping global standards in mind and the technical departments will be boosted by Hollywood technicians. Graphics and action sequences will get special attention.
