A shocking video has emerged which shows the moment a young Benfica fan witness two men, believed to be his father and grandfather, get beaten up by Portuguese police after attending a match.
In the video, the police approach the family before suddenly wrestling the father to the ground. When the grandfather tries to intervene the officer turns round and punches him in the face, before other officers join in and start hitting the father on the floor with their truncheons. The distraught child runs away but is grabbed by another two officers, who try to console him.
