Italian two-wheeler maker Piaggio has added a new special edition scooter to its Vespa range in India. The new special edition scooter – Vespa Elegante 150, will join the company's SXL and VXL scooters in the country.
Priced at Rs. 95,077 (ex-showroom Pune), the Vespa Elegante 150 comes powered by a 150cc engine, that dishes out 11bhp of power and 11.5Nm of torque. The new Vespa Elegante 150 will be available for purchase at the showrooms as wells as online via PayTm.
Vespa Elegante special edition comes in Beige Unico and Pearl White colour options and features tinted fly screen, Elegante Badging and colour coordinated twin leather finished seats. It runs on 12-inch alloy wheels with tubeless tyres.

Currently, Vespa's Indian portfolio includes SXL 125, VXL 125, VXL 150 and SXL 150. The company, which is looking to expand its reach in the country, had also brought 946 Emporio Armani in India for a whopping price tag of Rs. 12.04 lakh (ex-showroom, Pune). The 946 Emporio Armani is the second most expensive scooter in the Indian market, first being the Aprilia SRV 850 ABS, which is on sale in India for a hefty price tag of around Rs. 13.5 lakh.
