Pakistani Actress Veena Malik gave birth to a baby boy on Tuesday. Following Shah Rukh Khan, Malik and her husband Asad Bashir Khan have named their son Abram Khan.
The actress, soon after her delivery, tweeted a picture of Abram with Asad at the hospital. While she thanked almighty in her post, "Alhumdullilah we are blessed with a Baby Boy @iAbramKhan... cute son of Proud father @Asadbashirr," her husband wrote, "Thank you Allah Pak 4 blessing us wth a lovely son Abram Khan Khattak. @iVeenaKhan thx 4 giving me biggest happiness."
Spelled as Ibrahim in Arabic and Hebrew, the couple doesn't have the letter 'R' in capital as opposed to Shah Rukh's youngest son – AbRam Khan.
The new parents have also aped Bollywood star Shilpa Shetty Kundra, and created a Twitter handle for the new born baby by the name of @iAbramKhan.
"Just setting up my Twitter. #myfirstTweet," the first tweet from the baby's account.
The sultry actress who tied the knot in December 2013, recently revealed that she wants to begin a family soon. Talking to Pinkvilla about her upcoming projects, Malik said she was keen on essaying female-centric roles.
"I'm more keen to do films which are substantial as I always prefer to do female-oriented films. As a girl I want to play roles which depict the lives of real women. Every woman plays a lot of roles in her real life. Every woman is a complete world within her and there are many facets to each woman. So playing female-oriented roles satisfies me as an artist," she said.
The starlet, who is known for her bold on-screen image, says she has become a household name in both India and Pakistan and credits her television shows for the success.
She will be next seen in Hemant Madhukar's "Mumbai 125 KM 3D", and will essay the role of a ghost.
