The audio of Varun Tej's "Mukunda" is all set to launch on the evening of Wednesday, 3 December, at Shilpakala Vedhika.
The music release event is expected to be a grand affair with the presence of "Mukunda" cast and crew including Varun Tej, Pooja Hegde, music composer Mickey J Meyer, director Srikanth Addala and the film's producers among others.
It may be recalled that "Mukunda" was launched amid much fanfare in February, The launch event was attended by mega family members including Chiranjeevi and Pawan Kalyan as Varun Tej is the nephew of the stars (son of Chiru,Pawan's brother Naga Babu). For the first time in the history of Telugu cinema, the muhurtham ceremony of "Mukunda" was telecast live on television.
Fans will be eager to see if Chiranjeevi and Pawan will attend the audio launch of "Mukunda" on Wednesday evening.
There are six tracks in "Mukunda" album and the full songs jukebox is available on YouTube. The offiical promos of all the songs are also available on the video sharing site.

The audio launch event will be live telecast on Maa Movies channel from 7 pm onwards.
Leo Productions, the producers of "Mukunda," are live streaming the event on their YouTube channel.
The event will also be live streamed on MAA TV's YouTube channel , Aditya Music channel, Aditya MusicNMovies and Tv9 Telugu.
The pre-release business of "Mukunda" has been good. The film's total theatrical pre-release business (worldwide) will be around ₹18 crore, reported Andhraboxoffice. The film needs to mint more than ₹19 crore worldwide share to achieve the hit status.
"Mukunda" is all set to hit screens on 24 December as a Christmas holiday treat for fans. The film was initially planned for Sankranti, but the release of biggies like "Gopala Gopala" and "Temper" has forced the makers to advance the film's release date.
There are big expectations from "Mukunda" as it will be Varun Tej's debut film. The actor is the latest mega family member to join the list of other stars including Chiranjeevi, Pawan Kalyan, Ram Charan, Allu Arjun and Sai Dharam Tej. It remains to be seen if Varun Tej will be able to strike a chord with the audience through his debut film.
Directed by Srikanth Addala, "Mukunda" is touted to be a romantic entertainer with Varun Tej and Pooja Hegde playing the lead roles. It also has Prakash Raj, Brahmanandam and Rao Ramesh in supporting roles. The film's cinematography is handled by Manikandan and it is produced by Nallamalupu Srinivas / Nallamalapu Bujji andTagore Madhu under Leo Productions banner.
