A shocking video has emerged showing a Bharatiya Janata Party MLA from Uttarakhand misbehaving with a lady officer on Friday, September 7.
In the video shared by ANI, Rajkumar Thukral, an MLA from Rudrapur, can be seen threatening Sub Inspector of city patrol unit Anita Gairola over the detention of two people for traffic violations.

This is not the first time when the MLA has made news for his misconduct. In March this year, an FIR was registered against Thukral for allegedly thrashing and abusing three women outside his residence. A video showing the leader beating up and abusing the women had also gone viral back then.
In the latest video, the MLA is seen calling the lady sub-inspector "badtameez" (ill-mannered) and getting furious at her. The video was shot on Friday evening when Gairola was inspecting vehicles on the Nainital road and had seized the vehicle of a couple who had misbehaved with her when she had asked them to show their vehicle papers.
When they did not show the papers, the sub-inspector took the biker under custody following which the MLA rushed to the police station and started misbehaving with Gairola.
Udham Singh Nagar's senior superintendent of police (SSP) Sadanand Date is reported to have taken cognisance of the matter and the incident is being probed.
