Imphal, Feb 21 (ANI): The Northeast has seen a transformation in recent years with many insurgent outfits joining the peace talks. This has allowed the government to give momentum to development work in the region. We spoke to Shambhu Singh, the joint secretary in the ministry of home affairs, who shared with us the government's plan of action for the region.
