The actor's wife Preeti delivered the baby on Saturday, October 22, Bollywood Life reported. Recently, the actor held a baby shower for his wife, which was also attended by the couple's close friends from the industry.
The report said that the actor took utmost care of his wife throughout her pregnancy. He not just managed his shoot schedule, but also looked after Preeti single-handedly.
Vijayendra, who made his acting debut with Zee TV's Choti Bahu, rose to fame with the show Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara. He later bagged the lead role in Shastri Sisters, where he essayed the role of a pilot.
