Salman Khan and film-maker Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra reportedly had a verbal fight a few months back at an international award show in Spain.
It has been reported that the actor and the Mirzya director got into an heated argument in June, following which, other celebrities had to intervene to control the situation.
"Salman Khan and Rakeysh Mehra fought over some issue. The argument became heated and soon turned ugly. So much so that the two had to be separated by mutual friends," Deccan Chronicle quoted a source as saying. However, the report said that the reason behind the scuffle is unknown.
During the first episode of Bigg Boss 10, Salman had pointed to a picture of Sanjay Leela Bhansali and addressed him as Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra but soon corrected himself. While all thought it to be a goof-up, the latest report of their brawl hints that there was something more to it.
Recently, there were reports that Salman and Tubelight director Kabir Khan had a verbal dispute on the sets of the film. It was reported that Kabir was not happy about Salman inviting crew members for drinks after the shoot. The two reportedly had a quarrel over the issue and were not on talking terms.
However, Kabir later rubbished the rumours sharing a picture of the two together on Twitter and captioned it saying, "Next time the press does a story of @beingsalmankhan & me not talking... this is the photo they should use haha... #Tubelight #Eid2017."
