The year 2016 looks promising for Colors' "Naagin" as it remains unbeatable in the TRP chart in the first week. The show that has Mouni Roy and Arjun Bijlani in lead roles has garnered 4.4 points.
Way behind the weekend show is Star Plus' "Saath Nibhaana Saathiya", which secured the top position with 3.8 TRPs among the daily soaps.
Ishita and Raman's "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein", which secured the top slot last week, grabbed the second position with 3.6 TRPs.
Zee TV's "Kumkum Bhagya" took the third slot with 3.1 TRPs, while "Diya Aur Baati Hum" witnessed a slight decrease in its ratings (2.9 TRPs) compared to previous week's 3 points.
As for the channels, Colors TV remains the top rated channel. Zee Anmol pushed Star Plus to grab the second slot. Star Plus secured the third position, followed by Zee TV, Life OK, SAB TV and Sony TV, reported Telly Chakkar.
Despite the makers of "Bigg Boss 9" bringing in loud-mouthed Imam Suddique to entertain the viewers for the week, the controversial show failed to generate TRPs and secured as low as 0.7 TRPs.
Unfortunately, the ratings of "Bigg Boss 9" weekend with host Salman Khan has also declined this week to 1.3 points.
