The official teaser trailer of "Transformers: Age Of Extinction" starring Mark Wahlberg has gone viral.
The trailer was released on Wednesday afternoon on YouTube and within 24 hours the video has garnered more than 6 million views and over 36, 000 likes.
The new trailer of the film gives a sneak peek to fans of one of the amazing battles to come this summer.
"This Summer a new era has begun. The age of the Transformers is over," Kelsey Grammer's voice reveals in the second teaser.
The two and a half minute video shows Cade Yeager (played by Wahlberg), who is trying to survive. It starts with Wahlberg who buys a junk truck and while working on that truck he realizes that he's actually unveiled Optimus Prime!
"It's not normal steel. I don't think it's a truck at all. I think we just found a Transformer," Wahlberg says.
The pace of the trailer picks up at one minute 15 seconds when the government officials demands Cade Yeager (Wahlberg) to show where the Optimus Prime is.
The first teaser of the film, which was only 30 seconds long, was released during the Super Bowl 2014. Since then the fans were waiting for the official trailer to hit online.
And the new trailer lives up to the audiences' expectations.
In the fourth installment of the Transformer series Wahlberg will be seen playing the role of father to a 17-year-old daughter.
