Trainwreck and collateral damage: Nikki Bella 'couldn't masturbate' after watching John Cena's sex scene

If you're a big Amy Schumer fan, you might remember the scene from the comedian's 2015 movie, Trainwreck, where wrestler-turned-actor John Cena stripped down for an intimate scene. But Cena's former fiancé Nikki Bella definitely wants that image erased from her mind.

The wrestler recently confessed that she was scarred for a while after watching John Cena's sex scene in Trainwreck.

On a recent episode of Total Bellas, the 34-year-old revealed that she was not comfortable that the whole world had watched Cena's butt on the big screen.

Imagine watching your man do a sex scene and have the whole world see his big butt. You know you get visuals. I swear I couldn't masturbate forever because I just think of the sex scene.

As though their relationship wasn't already running through sour patches, given Cena's thoughts on children, the 41-year-old wrestler made things worse when he did not ponder upon the role or held any sort of discussion with Bella before signing it.

During an interview with Conan O'Brien, Cena hinted that "awkward" bedroom scene did impact his relationship.

I didn't think I'd get the part. So, I kept putting it off — not having the discussion with Nicole, not telling her, 'Hey, there may be some graphic scenes.' So, I got it, and I couldn't say 'no.' So, I kind of walked in one day and was like, 'Hey, I'm kinda just doing this.' And that was the wrong approach. I mean, she has such beautiful brown eyes, and they glowed with hellfire. She has such a great smile, but she turned into the Alien and Predator all at once.

The couple called off their wedding in April but Bella assures that they are still friends. "I'll admit my relationship, it has been in a super emotional roller-coaster ride, and I think it's hard for people to understand because we film and things get shown months after," she told in a vlog for her YouTube channel. "I feel like I have to say what's the update on John and I [sic], but right now, we are just friends," she added.
