The title of the film is inspired by the character named Remo, played by Vikram, in Shankar's Anniyan. Sivakarthikeyan will be seen as a nurse in the film. Keerthy Suresh, who has paired up with him after Rajini Murugan, also stars in the movie, along with Sathish, KS Ravikumar, Saranya Ponvannan, Rajendran, Yogi Babu, Aadukalam Naren and others.
Remo is a romantic-comedy, which has been directed by Bhagyaraj Kannan and produced by RD Raja. The film features Anirudh Ravichander's music, PC Sreeram's cinematography and Ruben's editing. The Tamil movie will hit the screens on 7 October.
