Globally acclaimed public transportation assist mobile application TRAFI was launched in select Indian metros, April 14.
"All over India improving public transport is a hot topic, central to the Smart Cities agenda of government. For that reason, TRAFI has decided to do its part in helping India improve, by spending over $1M during 2016 on delivering better information about public transport in all major cities of India," Martynas GudonaviÄius, co-founder and CEO, TRAFI, said in a statement.
As of now, the TRAFI app supports public transportation such as metro (and sub-urban trains) and buses in two Indian cities Bengaluru and Mumbai. It is expected to expand its services to Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata and other tier-1 cities soon.
