Toyota Kirloskar Motor finally launched the petrol version of its popular MPV the Innova Crysta in India on Monday, August 8. The Innova Crytsa petrol has been launched starting at Rs. 13.72 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).
The new variant of the Innova Crysta has already started reaching the showrooms and the company is expected to start the deliveries soon. The bookings for the Innova CrystaToyota Innova Crysta Petrol petrol are open and is said to have a waiting period of two months like its diesel variants. The Innova Crysta petrol is available in three trim levels--G, V and Z.
The Innova Crysta petrol is powered by an in-line 4-cyl 2.7-litre unit that can churn out 164bhp at 5,200 rpm and 250Nm of torque at 4,000rpm. The transmission in the petrol avatar of the MPV is taken care of by a five-speed manual and six-speed automatic gearbox.
Currently, the Innova Crysta is sold with 2.4-litre and 2.8-litre diesel engines, price starting at Rs. starting at Rs. 13.83 lakh (ex-showroom, Mumbai). The 2,393cc diesel engine develops 148bhp of power and 243Nm of torque mated to five-speed manual gearbox, while the 2,755cc mill churns out 172bhp and 360Nm of torque and is coupled to six-speed automatic gearbox.
The features list of the Innova Crysta includes automatic climate control with rear auto cooler, a 7-inch audio with navigation, cruise control and electrically-adjustable driver seat. On the safety front, the new Innova Crysta gets airbags and ABS with EBD as standard across all trims.
