Toyota recently unveiled the face-lifted version of the Etios and Liva in Brazilian market. The company has copiously reworked the face of the sedan, hatchback duo. It now features a new V-shaped grille with chrome and black honeycomb inserts. The rear has been updated with tweaked bumper and integrated spoiler. The interior features an all-black cabin and a piano black finished centre console. The centrally mounted instrument cluster has been given a digital display. There is no confirmation on when India will get the same face-lifted version. Yet, the India-spec is expected to features design changes in line with the Brazilian spec.
Powertrains on the Etios sedan as well as Liva hatchback are expected to continue without changes. The sedan is sold with 1.5-litre petrol and 1.4-litre diesel engine options, while the Liva comes with 1.2-litre petrol and the 1.4-litre diesel engine options.
