Full-time: Sevilla 1-3 Juventus

That is all we have time for this evening, but be sure to join my IBTimes UK colleague Tony Mogan tomorrow for a second night of live Champions League coverage.

He will guide you through a Group A shootout between Arsenal and Paris Saint-Germain and also keep you fully up-to-date with Manchester Citys tie against Borussia Monchengladbach. Celtic also entertain the mighty Barcelona in Glasgow.

Goodbye for now.

Monacos win means they have won Group E with a game to spare. Bayer Leverkusen are also through, as are Real Madrid and Juventus.

Does another stint in the Europa League beckon for Tottenham?

Its a much happier scenario for Leicester, who have secured their place in the first knockout phase. Portos goalless draw in Copenhagen means that Ranieris men go through as Group G winners.

Another tremendous milestone for the Foxes to take focus away from the fact that they currently sit just two points above the Premier Leagues bottom three.

For a club like Leicester to finish top of our Champions League group is an amazing achievement, said captain Wes Morgan. Its been better than we could have imagined.

Another miserable performance from Tottenham means they are now unable to qualify for the last 16, regardless of what happens in their final match against CSKA Moscow at Wembley in two weeks time.

Dont let that unbeaten league record fool you, Spurs are a million miles away from where they were last season and Pochettino will have a tough job to lift their spirits ahead of that difficult top-flight trip to in-form London rivals Chelsea on Saturday evening.

Full-time scores

Group E

AS Monaco 2-1 Tottenham Hotspur

Group F

Borussia Dortmund 8-4 Legia Warsaw

Sporting Lisbon 1-2 Real Madrid

Group G

FC Copenhagen 0-0 FC Porto

Leicester City 2-1 Club Brugge

Group H

Dinamo Zagreb 0-1 Lyon

Sevilla 1-3 Juventus

Goal: Sevilla 1-3 Juventus (Mario Mandzukic)

Eriksen has two chances to deliver late crosses but his efforts are cleared away by Mendy and Carrillo respectively.

Goal: Borussia Dortmund 8-4 Legia Warsaw (Marco Reus)

Four minutes of added time for Tottenham to save their Champions League campaign.

Goal: Sporting Lisbon 1-2 Real Madrid (Karim Benzema)

Goal: Sevilla 1-2 Juventus (Leonardo Bonucci)

Kanes shot is spilled by Subasic and cleared behind. Eriksens corner reaches Alli at the back post, but his volley is drilled wide.

Time is running out for Tottenham.

Sporting may just have ruined Ronaldos Lisbon homecoming. Adrien scores a penalty after Fabio Coentrao is penalised for handball.

Meanwhile...

Goal: Borussia Dortmund 7-4 Legia Warsaw (Nemanja Nikolic)

Goal: Borussia Dortmund 7-3 Legia Warsaw (Felix Passlack)

Goal: Sporting Lisbon 1-1 Real Madrid (Adrien Silva)

Real Madrid have provided an update on the injury that forced Gareth Bales early substitution against Sporting Lisbon.

The La Liga leaders face Sporting Gijon this weekend before high-profile games against Barcelona and Dortmund. As Champions League holders, they then travel to Japan for the 2016 Fifa Club World Cup.

Lloris to the rescue yet again for Spurs. This time he parries a powerful strike from Falcao.

With his final substitution of the night, Pochettino withdraws Winks in favour of Sissoko.

Monaco have made a change up front, replacing Germain with Guido Carrillo.

Goal: Dinamo Zagreb 0-1 Lyon (Alexandre Lacazette)

Tottenham push forward in search of an equaliser, but Eriksens initial strike is deflected behind and Diers subsequent header is cleared by Lemar. It looked to be heading wide anyway.

What an incredible point-blank reflex save from Lloris to deny Germain after an enticing free-kick from the left sails over the head of Falcao.

That was sensational goalkeeping.

Red card: Joao Pereira (Sporting Lisbon)

Aware that his side are 25 minutes away from being ruled out of contention for the knockout rounds, Pochettino makes a double change.

Eriksen and Janssen replace Dembele and Son.

Falcao is cautioned for a foul on Victor Wanyama and Sons blushes following a weak close-range shot straight at Subasic are spared by the offside flag.

Bernardo Silva drifts in from a wide position, but Lloris is equal to his hopeful strike.

Club Brugge reduce the deficit against Leicester courtesy of a thumping strike from Colombian winger Izquierdo.

Both Vardy and Claudemir have seen goals ruled out for offside.

Goal: Borussia Dortmund 6-3 Legia Warsaw (Michal Kucharczyk)

Goal: Borussia Dortmund 6-2 Legia Warsaw (Marco Reus)

Goal: Leicester 2-1 Club Brugge (Jose Izquierdo)

A flurry of goals at the Stade Louis II. Kane just draws Tottenham level from the spot after Alli is pulled down by Glik, but Monaco retake the lead 39 seconds later as a cross from Sidibe reaches Lemar at the back post.

With Trippier closing in, the French midfielder coolly slots a low effort beyond Lloris and into the far corner.

More desperately poor defending from Spurs.

Goal: Monaco 2-1 Tottenham (Thomas Lemar)

Goal: Monaco 1-1 Tottenham (Harry Kane)

Whatever stern words Pochettino had for his team at the break, they have not had the desired impact.

Mendy cuts inside Winks and provides a perfect cross for fellow full-back Sidibe, completely unmarked, to head home from close range.

As it stands, Tottenham are heading out of the Champions League.

Goal: Monaco 1-0 Tottenham (Djibril Sidibe)

The second 45 is off and running in Monaco. No changes from Pochettino or Leonardo Jardim at half-time.

Leicester are now just 45 minutes away from a place in the last 16 of the Champions League. Pochettino, meanwhile, will require a sharp second-half improvement from his side if they are to escape Monaco with just one point let alone all three.

Spurs have been far too open at the back and are lucky not to be trailing at the interval.

And just how many more goals are we going to get in Dortmund?!

Half-time scores

Group E

AS Monaco 0-0 Tottenham Hotspur

Group F

Borussia Dortmund 5-2 Legia Warsaw

Sporting Lisbon 0-1 Real Madrid

Group G

FC Copenhagen 0-0 FC Porto

Leicester City 2-0 Club Brugge

Group H

Dinamo Zagreb 0-0 Lyon

Sevilla 1-1 Juventus

Goal: Sevilla 1-1 Juventus (Claudio Marchisio)

Attentive Monaco defender Kamil Glik appeared to stand on Kanes backside there and can count himself very fortunate indeed not to have been shown at least a yellow card.

With no added time signalled by the fourth official, the half-time whistle blows.

Red card: Franco Vazquez (Sevilla)

After a cutback from Son is intercepted at one end, Monaco race forward on the counter and come within a whisker of taking the lead as Germains low shot from a tough angle rolls agonisingly wide.

This match in Dortmund is just defying belief. Reus marks his first appearance for six months with the SEVENTH goal of the first half.

Goal: Borussia Dortmund 5-2 Legia Warsaw (Marco Reus)

Dembele scores his first goal in European competition and Varane nets from close range.

Meanwhile, Leicester double their advantage through a Mahrez penalty after Marc Albrighton is brought down by Dion Cools.

Goal: Sporting Lisbon 0-1 Real Madrid (Raphael Varane)

Goal: Leicester 2-0 Club Brugge (Riyad Mahrez)

Goal: Borussia Dortmund 4-2 Legia Warsaw (Ousmane Dembele)

Djibril Sidibe curls just wide of the far post after good skill from Fabinho.

At the other end, Allis appeals for a penalty are quickly dismissed and Subasic is at full stretch to divert a deep cross out of of harms way.

The madness continues...

Goal: Borussia Dortmund 3-2 Legia Warsaw (Aleksandar Prijovic)

Monaco come forward once more but Thomas Lemars long-range strike is held by Lloris and a poor final touch results in Falcao firing well wide after taking on Dier.

Monaco waste a free-kick of their own after Dembele is cautioned for illegally halting a break.

Kane then beats Mendy and shoots wide after being teed up by Alli. However, the England striker was offside.

Its been a ludicrous opening at Westfalenstadion, where Dortmund have responded to a shock early goal from Legia by netting three of their own in under 200 seconds.

Talk about a swift response.

Goal: Borussia Dortmund 3-1 Legia Warsaw (Nuri Sahin)

Goal: Borussia Dortmund 2-1 Legia Warsaw (Shinji Kagawa)

Goal: Borussia Dortmund 1-1 Legia Warsaw (Shinji Kagawa)

Son wins a free-kick in a good position for Tottenham but his floated effort is overhit and easily gathered by Subasic.

Dier, we should say, was booked for that wild swing of the leg that gave away the penalty a few minutes ago.

Goal: Sevilla 1-0 Juventus (Nicolas Pareja)

Goal: Borussia Dortmund 0-1 Legia Warsaw (Aleksandar Prijovic)

Lloris looks set for a busy night as he denies Mendy before French striker Valere Germain sees a header blocked by Wimmer.

Tottenhams defence has been all at sea during the opening 15 minutes.

No shortage of drama in Monaco, where Hugo Lloris has just saved a penalty from Falcao awarded after Eric Diers foolish foul on Fabinho.

Tottenham should have taken an early lead after Alli released Son with a perfect through-ball, but the South Korean forward lost his composure and was pushed wide by Danijel Subasic.

An early goal at the King Power, where Leicester have taken another huge step towards qualification for the last 16.

Christian Fuchs thunders down the left wing after Jamie Vardy is felled on the halfway line. He eventually provides a near-post cross that Okazaki expertly hooks over goalkeeper Ludovic Butelle with his left foot.

Goal: Leicester 1-0 Club Brugge (Shinji Okazaki)

Kane just fails to latch onto a long pass and, to everyones surprise, the assistant referee does not raise his flag for offside.

Benjamin Mendy is looking to cause some early issues for Tottenham down that left-hand side.

Dutch referee Bjorn Kuipers gets us underway in our feature game at the Stade Louis II.

Tottenham, who had gone seven matches without a win in all competitions before that late Kane brace against West Ham, simply must not lose here.

Falcao captains Monaco once again tonight. The former Manchester United and Chelsea flop has been reborn since returning to France and has notched five times in his last three matches.

Dortmund fans rejoice as Marco Reus returns to action for the first time in six months against Legia Warsaw...

No prizes for guessing who the main attraction is at Sportings Estadio Jose Alvalade this evening...

Defending Belgian champions Club Brugge, fourth in the Jupiler Pro League after former Middlesbrough and Burnley striker Jelle Vossens 95th-minute penalty secured a 1-0 win at Sint-Truiden on Friday night, are without suspended midfielder Ruud Vormer and injured striker Abdoulay Diaby.

Michel Preudhommes side are rooted to the bottom of Group G and have yet to pick up a single point in the Champions League this term. They have scored just one goal in their four games so far and shipped 10.

Claudio Ranieris solitary change comes in midfield, where Andy King is preferred to Daniel Amartey.

Record signing Islam Slimani remains out with a groin problem. Long-term absentees Kasper Schmeichel, Ben Chilwell and Nampalys Mendy are also still sidelined, but Leonardo Ulloa is deemed fit enough for a place on the bench.

Club Brugge XI: Butelle, Mechele, Cools, Poulain, De Bock, Claudemir, Pina, Vanaken, Simons, Vossen, Izquierdo

Subs: Bruzzese, Bolingoli, Van Rhijn, Denswil, Limbombe, Gedoz, Wesley

Leicester XI: Zieler, Simpson, Huth, Morgan, Fuchs, Mahrez, Drinkwater, King, Albrighton, Okazaki, Vardy

Subs: Hamer, Hernandez, Amartey, Sclupp, Gray, Musa, Ulloa

Lets switch our focus to the King Power Stadium for a moment...

Its all over in Moscow, where Tottenham have been handed a small lifeline courtesy of that late Natcho penalty. Such a result means that only a defeat tonight would see them eliminated from contention.

If they go on to draw, then they will have to beat CSKA at Wembley on 7 December and hope that Leverkusen do not win at home to Monaco.

CSKA, we should mention, can now officially no longer qualify for the knockout stages.

Full-time

CSKA Moscow 1-1 Bayer Leverkusen

Monaco, currently second in Ligue 1 and averaging three goals a game having scored 39 in 13 matches, name Joao Moutinho as a substitute. The Portuguese international, who has admitted that he was minutes away from signing for Tottenham back in August 2012, has been absent for a month with an injury sustained in a 1-1 draw at CSKA Moscow.

Winger Nabil Dirar misses tonights match due to undisclosed family reasons.

Monaco XI: Subasic, Sidibe, Glik, Jemerson, Mendy, Fabinho, Bakayoko, Lemar, Silva, Falcao, Germain

Subs: De Sanctis, Moutinho, Carrillo, Raggi, Boschilia, Mbappe, Diallo

Its certainly a strong-looking bench for Tottenham tonight, with Moussa Sissoko involved again after a three-match domestic ban for violent conduct.

Summer signing Georges-Kevin NKoudou is also listed among the substitutes. Young duo Josh Onomah and Cameron Carter-Vickers both drop out of the matchday squad altogether.

Quite a momentous week for young Harry Winks...

Tottenham are without Toby Alderweireld, Ben Davies and Erik Lamela tonight, although Mousa Dembele, Dele Alli and Harry Kane all feature from the off.

Pochettino had asserted in yesterdays pre-match press conference that the influential trio, who have all dealt with injury problems over recent weeks, would need to be assessed to determine if they were fit enough to start.

The Argentine understandably has one eye firmly fixed on a third consecutive Premier League London derby clash against Chelsea this weekend.

Spurs make four changes in total from that last-gasp 3-2 win over West Ham United on Saturday evening, with Kieran Trippier given the nod over Kyle Walker at right-back.

Kevin Wimmer partners Eric Dier in central defence with Jan Vertonghen the bench, while Alli replaces Christian Eriksen. Heung-Min Son comes back into the attack at the expense of Vincent Janssen.

Tottenham XI: Lloris, Trippier, Dier, Wimmer, Rose, Wanyama, Dembele, Winks, Son, Alli, Kane

Subs: Vorm, Vertonghen, Walker, Eriksen, Sissoko, Nkoudou, Janssen

Goal: CSKA Moscow 1-1 Bayer Leverkusen (Bibras Natkho)

Stand by for some early team news from the principality....

As we mentioned, things look far rosier for Leicester. The unbeaten Foxes, who languish 14th in the Premier League following Saturdays 2-1 defeat at Watford in which they conceded after just 33 seconds, currently top Group G after three wins and a draw.

They should be very confident of picking up the point they need tonight, having eased past Brugge 3-0 in September thanks largely to a brace from Riyad Mahrez. That was the clubs first ever match at this level.

Leverkusen, second in Group E going into this evening, currently lead CSKA 1-0 in Russia courtesy of a first Champions League goal from Kevin Volland.

The permutations for Tottenham are actually quite simple. If the Bundesliga outfit maintain/add to their lead in the final 25 minutes or else are held to a draw, then Mauricio Pochettinos side MUST beat Monaco in order to keep their knockout hopes alive.

Anything less than a victory would render them unable to advance from the group stage.

Good evening and a very warm welcome to IBTimes UKs live coverage of Champions League matchday five, where Tottenham Hotspur, currently third in Group E having collected just four points from as many matches, travel to the Stade Louis II needing to beat an in-form and prolific Monaco side in order to avoid a premature exit.

In the East Midlands, meanwhile, Leicester City entertain Club Brugge hoping to put their league struggles to one side and continue an impressive debut showing in Europes elite club competition that has left them needing just one point from their final two games to qualify for the last 16.

Those two fixtures will be our main focus tonight, although there are plenty of other storylines around the continent including Cristiano Ronaldos emotional return to boyhood club Sporting Lisbon with Real Madrid in Group F.

Stay tuned for breaking team news, match previews and confirmed lineups. We will also have live minute-by-minute updates after seven of this evenings eight games get underway at 19.45 GMT.

We are already into the second half of CSKA Moscows clash with Bayer Leverkusen, but more on that, and crucially how it affects Spurs hopes of qualification, to come shortly...
