Sure we all love a good multiplayer session, where we get to interact with the entire world and make our name among millions of such players from across the planet. However, nothing is better than grabbing a mate we know and play a co-op session with him or her.
There are several co-op titles that have been released so far this year, across the likes of PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and more. And, here we have listed down eight best co-op titles that are worth spending time on this year. Check them out below.
Helldivers – Release: 3rd March, 2015 – Online Co-op: 4 Players | Local Co-op: 4 Players – PS4, PS3, PS Vita – A sci-fi cooperative action game from the makers of Magicka. Up to 4 four players take on alien forces throughout procedurally generated missions.
Dying Light – Release: 27th January, 2015 – Online Co-op: 4 Players | Local Co-op: None – PS4, Xbox One, PC, Linux – Up to four players can team up in this post-apocalyptic city infested with zombies. Players complete missions together, freerunning across rooftops.
Magicka 2 – Release: 26th May, 2015 – Online Co-op: 4 Players | Local Co-op: 4 Players – PS4, PC, Linux – As hectic as the first Magicka, Magicka 2 supports up to four players in co-op action. Players will cast spells to annihilate the evil forces.
Bloodborne – Release: 24th March, 2015 – Online Co-op: 3 Players | Local Co-op: None – PS4 – Allows up to three players to team up and take on several in-game challenges that they will face. Players might find it a bit difficult to interact with the summoning bell.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 – Release: 6th November, 2015 – Online Co-op: 4 Players | Local Co-op: 2 Players – PC, PS4, Xbox One, PS3, Xbox 360 – Black Ops 3 goes back to the original CoD roots and re-introduces co-op similar to World at War for up to four players.
Warhammer: End Times - Vermintide – Release: Q3 2015 – Online Co-op: 4 Players | Local Co-op: None – PC, PS4, Xbox One – A cooperative first-person shooter (think Left 4 Dead), with players taking on roles of numerous Warhammer Fantasy character classes to beat Skaven.
Star Wars: Battlefront – Release: 17th November, 2015 – Online Co-op: 2 Players | Local Co-op: 2 Players – PS4, Xbox One, PC – DICE isn't known for co-op titles, but big things are expected from Battlefront. Co-op supports two players fighting against waves of enemies.
Halo 5: Guardians – Release: 27th October, 2015 – Online Co-op: 4 Players | Local Co-op: None – Xbox One – Like its predecessors, a dedicated co-op mode is expected from Guardians, with supporting for up to four players this time around.
