While Bollywood is one of the most lucrative industries where actors strive to become stars and gain popularity, some of the B-town's names have failed to mark themselves as established actors.
Some of these actors lack acting talent, while others should consider taking retirement from the film industry. Here is a list of 10 Bollywood celebs who should stop acting:
Jacky Bhagnani: Film producer Vashu Bhagnani's son was launched by his father in a flop film, "Kal Kissne Dekha" (2009). And since then Jacky has delivered back to back flops including "F.A.L.T.U" (the name says it all), "Rangrezz" and the latest in the list "Youngistaan".
Himesh Reshammiya: Reshammiya had a successful music career but his decision to turn actor did not go down well with the audience. With his expressionless performances in "Aap Kaa Surroor", "Karzzzz", "Kajraare", "Radio", he should just quit acting and concentrate on music instead.
Uday Chopra: Being the son of super successful producer Yash Raj or brother of Aditya Chopra hasn't really worked in favour of this lad. Uday's only successful film is the "Dhoom" series, although he has never been the center of attraction in any of these films.
Harman Baweja: This Hrithik Roshan look-alike actor has done four films in his career but has failed to mark himself as a successful actor. Surprisingly, his dance moves are more impressive than his movies.
Tusshar Kapoor: Although Tusshar Kapoor made his debut with "Mujhe Kucch Kehna Hai" opposite actress Kareena Kapoor Khan in 2001, stunning Kareena left him far behind in gaining popularity. Despite being the son of legendary Jeetendra and brother of successful daily soap producer Ekta Kapoor, Tusshar has failed to entertain the audience as a lead actor. However, he has managed to grab attention with multi starrers like "Golmaal" and "Shootout" series.
Sonam Kapoor: The Kapoor lass may be tagged as the most fashionable celebrity of Bollywood, but her acting chops has definitely failed to create even a mild frenzy among the audience. She has worked in some of the biggest flops including "Saawariya", "Players", "Aisha", "I Hate Love Stories".
Imran Khan: Nephew of Bollywood's perfectionist, Aamir Khan, Imraan needs to give a second thought about his acting career.
Ameesha Patel: Even after working in some blockbusters films such as "Kaho Na Pyaar Hai" and "Gadar Ek Prem Katha", the pretty lady has failed to remain in the hearts of the audience.
Suniel Shetty: After spending almost 20 years in the Bollywood industry, it appears like there are no takers for the actor. Shetty during his career has delivered many hits and flop films, but it now appears that the actor should take retirement from the silver screen.
Bobby Deol: He might come from a filmy family with father Dharmendra and brother Sunny Deol making it big in the industry, but Bobby has a failed track record. However, he never seems to give up and tried to revive his career, with "Yamla Pagla Deewana" series.
