A Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA from Uttar Pradesh, Vikram Singh Saini, who is known for making moot statements, has landed himself in another controversy after his remarks on 'bombing' people.
The MLA from Khatauli said that he will bomb all the people who feel unsafe in India. He feels that all those who feel threatened are traitors of the country.

"My personal view is that those who feel unsafe and threatened in India should be bombed and a ministry should be formed against such traitors...give me a ministry and I will only bomb such people," Saini told the media.
Uttar Pradesh Congress chief Raj Babbar deplored Saini's statement and said, "The CM says 'thok do' and an MLA who aspires to be a minister says, he will bomb people."
"He should be arrested and punished. He is speaking like a terrorist and must be probed for terror links," he added.
This is not his first controversial statement. Earlier in 2018, he had said that India is the country of Hindus as it is known as Hindustan.
He had said that some irresponsible leaders allowed Muslims to stay back in India during partition. He reckons that if it was not for Muslims, Hindus in the country would have had properties worth crores of rupees.
Saini, an accused in the 2013 Muzaffarnagar riots, had earlier threatened to manhandle those who killed and disrespected cows. He was detained under the National Security Act for his involvement in the riots.
