Narendra Modi completes two years as the Prime Minister of India on May 26 and Bollywood's biggest and best have been invited to be a part of the celebrations at the India Gate, New Delhi. Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Aamir Khan and Amitabh Bachchan are some of the names attending the event.
Approximately, 60,000 people are expected to gather around the war memorial to witness the mega eight-hour show "Zara Muskura Do." A string of short films will be screened, bringing to light the achievements and successes of the government in power, Mumbai Mirror reported.
Urban development minister M Venkaiah Naidu, union ministers Nitin Gadkari, Piyush Goyal and I&B minister of state Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore have apparently been appointed to oversee the event preparations.
To be telecast live, the show will be opened by senior star Amitabh and feature celebrities who have been ambassadors of the "Swachh Bharat Abhiyan," "Digital India" and "Rural Electrification" campaigns. Ajay Devgn, A. R. Rahman, Riteish Deshmukh and Saina Nehwal are some of the other popular personalities attending the show.
Making SRK, Salman and Aamir come under one roof is a tough feat to achieve courtesy their hectic work schedules. They had done it once for India TV's "Aap Ki Adalat"-fame anchor Rajat Sharma, they may be doing it again for the PM.
