Is this Kangana Ranaut's look from Hansal Mehta's Simran?

Kangana Ranaut, who likes to experiment with her looks in every film, will apparently be seen in a completely different look in Hansal Mehta's upcoming next Simran. The shooting of the movie is currently going on in the US.

And now, Mehta has shared a picture of him and the actress on Twitter, where Kangana is seen sporting a salt-and-pepper look. The filmmaker captioned the tweet as, "#PartnerInCrime - the one and only #KanganaRanaut #Simran #US." 

While it is not clear if the picture is from the film or not, it has surely raised the curiosity among the fans of the National Award-winning actress regarding her character in the movie.

Simran will see the Queen actress play an unconventional role of a divorced NRI Gujarati woman, Praful Patel. The film is about a housekeeper, who accidentally enters the world of crime. Simran is apparently inspired from the real-life story of US nurse Sandeep Kaur aka Bombshell Bandit, who was imprisoned for robbing banks to pay off her gambling debts last year.

"Since she is playing such an intense role for the first time, she is really working hard on everything. For preparing for the role, Kangana is intensely preparing on her dialect and body language by spending long hours cutting off from the rest of the world just to get everything right," Press Trust of India (PTI) quoted a source as saying. 

Recently, Kangana made headlines when she and a few team members of Simran met with an accident in the country when they were returning from the shooting location to their hotel and their driver suddenly felt unwell. Fortunately, the actress escaped unhurt with a few bruises.
