After releasing the song, 'Bandeyaa', from his upcoming movie "Jazbaa", filmmaker Sanjay Gupta is all set to release the second track, 'Kahaaniyaan'. The video of the track will have Aishwarya Rai Bachchan working out. It will reveal her fitness secret as Anuradha Verma, her character in the film, the director revealed.
"'Kahaaniyaan" is in a happy space — about life and taking on new challenges. It's the first visual on the title sequence and shows a fit, happy, single mother working out, waking up her daughter and getting her ready for school, making breakfast, going to court, etc," Gupta told DNA.
The video will silence all those who had raised doubts about Aishwarya's weight gain, the director said. "When we started shooting for Jazbaa, everybody from my family to my friends would have just one question for me: Has Aishwarya lost weight? And I would tell everybody to calm down. I knew they'd shut up when they saw this song," Gupta said.
The Bachchan Bahu had to do cardio throughout the day for the song and didn't have time to relax in between shots as they shot for a day at Bandra Reclamation with the Mumbai skyline as the backdrop, Gupta told DNA.
"Jazbaa" is a female-centric flick and will see Aishwarya performing some high octane, never-seen-before action sequences. Irrfan will play the role of a suspended police officer who has problems with authority and discipline.
The film is a remake of South Korean crime drama "Seven Days" and is slated to release on 9 October.
After wrapping up "Jazbaa", Aishwarya will start working for Karan Johar's "Ae Dil Hai Mushkil" alongside Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma.
The gorgeous actress will soon appear in director Omung Kumar's biopic on Sarabjit Singh, who died in a Pakistani jail in May, 2013. Aishwarya will play the role of Sarabjit's sister Dalbir Kaur.
