Tempura Moriawase
Ingredients
Tempura flour - 75 gm
Water
Oil for frying
Mix vegetable
Prawn
Tempura sauce
To make Tempura sauce
Kikkoman soy sauce - 5 tsp
Water - 50 ml
Sugar - 3 tsp
Dashino moto - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Ginger paste - 4/3 tsp
Radish paste - 4/3 tsp
Method
1. Make a batter by mix of Tempura flour & water.
2. If you don't have Tempura flour, you can use 3/4th of flour, 1/4 of corn flour,
Salt to taste, mix all with water and make batter.
3. Dust the Mix vegetable & prawn in a flour, and dip it in the tempura batter.
4. Deep fry in the oil. Serve hot with Tempura sauce.
To make Tempura sauce
1. Mix all ingredients together expect ginger paste & radish paste.
2. Boil and add the ginger paste and radish paste in the finishing.
3. Serve as an accompaniment.
