Kanpur, June 04 (ANI): As temperatures soared above 40 degrees Celsius in Uttar Pradesh, local authorities installed air conditioners, coolers in various temples to help devotees, priests and even gods to escape scorching heat. But in a state where power cuts are frequent, these amenities do little to serve their intended purpose. However, devotees said the arrangements were made to attract devotees in rising heat.
