After weeks of delay, Canadian carrier network Telus has finally announced the release date of Android Marshmallow to Galaxy S6 Edge+ and Note 5.
In the company's official consumer forum, the Telus has confirmed that the Galaxy Note 5 and S6 edge+ will get Google's new sugar treat-flavoured mobile OS update on March 16. The 2016 flagship Samsung smartphone owners will be elated to learn that the company is scheduled to commence the update roll-out process for Galaxy S6 edge and Galaxy S6 March 30 and April 13, respectively.
In a related development, Telus' release time table has also revealed that Motorola's Moto X Play will taste the Marshmallow Monday, March 21.

Go to Settings >> About phone >> System updates
The OTA update roll-out process is conducted in stages. So, it will take some time, probably two or three days to reach all regions.

The new Android M comes with Doze powering-saving feature. Once activated, it can save at least 30 percent power depending on the hardware of the device.
