Telugu superstar Ravi Teja is charged up for his upcoming flick "Kick 2". The latest news is that he is working hard to look fit and in shape for the movie and has already lost six kg.
"Ravi Teja is presently shooting for the parts where he's playing the son's character. He lost around 6 kg to look younger. Whether in between breaks or at the end of the day's shoot, Ravi Teja doesn't miss his work out, no matter what. Ravi Teja is presently shooting in Hampi for the film and he insisted on having access to a gym," a source close to the actor told The Times of India.
Ravi Teja, who will be seen in the dual role of father and son in "Kick 2", looks much younger for the role of son. The superstar reportedly is working out for two hours every day and is careful about his diet.
"Ravi Teja has been staying away from oily and calorie-rich food and has six small meals every day. His diet includes dry fruits or wheat flakes with fresh fruit juice, salads, sprouts, soups and veggies for dinner," added the source.
"Kick 2", written by Vakkantham Vamsi and directed by Surender Reddy, is a sequel to "Kick". The original movie was was one of the biggest successes of 2009 and was later remade as "Thillalangadi" starring Jayam Ravi in Tamil (2010), "Kick" starring Salman Khan in Hindi (2014) and in Kannada as "Super Ranga" starring Upendra.
Makers of the upcoming film "Kick 2" have claimed that the movie will be more interesting than the earlier version, with lots of twist and turns. The upcoming flick also has star cast of Rakul Preet Singh, Tanikella Bharani, Rajpal Yadav, Vikram Singh and Sanjai Mishra.
